I find the energy in airports very interesting. People are nervous about flying, excited about destination, regretting having to leave. They are on a business trip, going to visit a long-lost friend or leaving their loved ones behind. Some are relaxed, listening to their I-pods. Some quietly read the paper. Some are irritable.

I always feel emotional in airports, and that makes me look at people and situations in a different way. My brain can not rest. My thoughts turn to these strangers. Their stories, their lives...
