Mission

Balletomane is a volunteer support organization for Milwaukee Ballet, whose mission is to cultivate interest, support, and appreciation of ballet. Balletomane's goal is to provide an access point for ballet admirers by building awareness and excitement about Milwaukee Ballet.

Areas of Focus

Balletomane members are committed to building enthusiasm and awareness for Milwaukee Ballet throughout the community. By building strong relationships, members have the opportunity to gain an increased understanding of the art of ballet while sowing the seeds of appreciation for generations to come.

Balletomane works to provide resources and a support network of volunteers to help Milwaukee Ballet sustain its position as a premiere ballet company and Milwaukee Ballet school as a nationally recognized leader in dance education.

The group also provides necessary financial support that affords access to quality programs for students of Milwaukee Ballet School. Other support areas include the health and training needs of dancers, costume and set production for new works, and a variety of other projects.
