Jules Perrot’s incomparable Pas De Quatre leads this program. This revered work famously brought together the world’s four most famous ballerinas: in order of appearance, Lucile Grahn, Carlotta Grisi, Fanny Cerrito, and Marie Taglioni. Each had a variation specially created to highlight their strengths. The program also includes the traditional pas de trois from Swan Lake and the Le Corsaire pas de deux.
Artistic Director Michael Pink continues his commitment to new work with a classical piece set to Prokofiev’s Classical Symphony. Resident Choreographer Timothy O’Donnell presents his first classical piece on the Company, set to the music of Chopin.
