Open Division

Open Division classes are designed for teens and adults with varying levels or no experience, who are interested in the fun and fitness of dance. Classes are drop-in style and meet weekly. Students may attend any or all of the classes that suit their interest or level of ability.

Dress to your comfort level! Socks or dance shoes required.

All Open Division Classes follow the MBSA school year calendar. For start times, special dates, holiday breaks, etc., please reference this calendar.

Beginning Ballet

Beginning Ballet teaches the feet, arm, and body positions of classical ballet. it introduces students to simple movements and connecting steps. This is a great class for students without any ballet background. Class is accompanied by live piano.

Continuing Ballet

Continuing Ballet builds upon the basics from Beginning Ballet, adding more complex combinations and steps. Class is accompanied by live piano music.

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet

Students interested in Intermediate/Advance ballet should have a good understanding of proper ballet technique and are able to do more difficult steps and combinations. Class is accompanied by live piano music.

Saturday | 11:15am-12:30pm
