Alana Griffith began training at the Los Angeles Ballet Academy under Andrea Paris-Gutierrez. At age 17, she moved to London to train at the English National Ballet School. In her graduating year, she was selected to work with the company in Wayne Eagling’s The Nutcracker. The same season, Griffith toured England in Matthew Hart’s The Sleeping Beauty with English National Ballet II.

Griffith joined the Nancy Einhorn Milwaukee Ballet II Program in 2013. In 2014, she was promoted to the Company where she has danced the title role of Alice in Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland), Spring Fairy in Michael Pink’s Cinderella, Clara and Marie in Michael Pink’s The Nutcracker, Eiffie in La Sylphide, Rapunzel in Michael Pink’s world premiere of Beauty and the Beast and Odette in Michael Pink’s Swan Lake.
