Ticket Policies

Exchanges
  • Ticket buyers may exchange from one performance to another performance of the same production.
  • An exchange fee of $5 per ticket will be assessed; the fee is waived for Subscribers.
  • Exchanges must be requested up to 48 hours before the ticketed performance.
Refunds
  • Ticket purchases, including subscriptions, are nonrefundable.
  • Please see below for Covid-19 related accommodations.
Covid-19 Related Exceptions
  • For the 2021/22 Season, refunds are available for subscribers who purchased their subscription prior to September 1 and who are unable to meet the Audience Entry Protocols.
  • Individual tickets and subscriptions purchased after September 1 will not be eligible for a refund based on the Audience Entry Protocols.
  • Individuals who feel ill, are under quarantine or awaiting a COVID test result are asked to exchange their ticket(s) for a future performance during the 2021/22 season.
  • Patrons who have tested positive for COVID-19 and provide a positive test result, will be eligible to exchange their ticket(s) or request a refund.
  • Please contact the Box Office for assistance.
Performance Cancellations
  • In the event that a  performance is canceled due to COVID-19, ticketholders will have the option to donate their tickets back to Milwaukee Ballet or request a full refund.  
  • We do not cancel performances due to weather. If you are concerned about weather conditions, please refer to the Exchange policy above to make advance arrangements to change your ticket(s).
