Cast Party

The end of the Summer Intensive Program is a time to celebrate the summer experience and say good-bye to new friends with music, dancing and snacks at the post-Emergence Cast Party.

Friday, July 26
Sandburg Halls, 3400 N Maryland Ave

Non-resident students and all parents who plan to attend must sign-up below by 9:00a.m. on Thursday, July 25.

Housing Check Out

  • All students must be checked out by 11:00a.m. on Saturday, July 27.
  • Your student must be present when you move them out of his/her room.
  • Parents will not be allowed into the rooms without their student.
  • Students are expected to leave suites and rooms in the same condition as when they moved in.  All belongings removed and surfaces cleaned.  A room inspection will be done before your final check out.

Check out options are:

  1. Friday, Complete Check Out:  Check your student out on Friday before students leave the housing in the morning for class (exact class times are yet to be determined and will be posted a week in advance).  This makes your student a non-resident and he/she would only be on the buses if you added them to the list as non-residents.
  2. Friday, Partial Move Out:  You may move most of your child’s belongings out of their room before class on Friday, leaving only essentials behind, and then formally check out on Saturday between 7:00a.m.-11:00a.m..  This option allows your child to remain checked in, use the Ballet buses for transportation, and sleep in his/her room after the party.
  3. Saturday, Complete Check Out:  The most common way to move out is to move out and check-out on Saturday between 7:00-11:00a.m.

Questions regarding checkout can be directed to the Housing Manager at 414-334-1114 or
