  • Patron Services Associate

    Milwaukee Ballet is looking for a committed and enthusiastic staff member to join the Marketing & Development team and work in the on-site Box Office. The Patron Services Associate will focus on providing excellent customer service to patrons and donors while assisting with ticket sales, subscription renewals and sales, and donations.  

     This is a part-time, hourly position.

  • Receptionist (Baumgartner Center for Dance)

    Milwaukee Ballet is seeking a friendly, professional and service-oriented individual to join the administrative and operations teams. The Receptionist reports directly to the Operations Manager while supporting Patron Services and the School & Academy (MBSA). They will be responsible for managing the Milwaukee Ballet’s front desk and reception at Baumgartner Center for Dance.

     This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

    Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy seeks a part-time receptionist.

    • Greet and direct visitors, students and families of the Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy as necessary
    • Act as first point of contact for resolving customer inquiries for all areas of Milwaukee Ballet including School & Academy, Community Engagement, Marketing, etc.
    • Open the building at the start of the day and lock it at the end of the day, when first or last person on the desk schedule

  • Teachers, Part-Time

    Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy seeks part-time instructors for a variety of levels.

    Applicants must have prior teaching experience in at least one of the following areas:

    • Creative Movement and pre-ballet for students ages 3-6 years
    • Beginning classical ballet for students ages 7-10 years
    • Intermediate classical ballet which includes experience teaching beginning pointe
    • Pre-professional classical ballet, pointe, variations and Pas de Deux

    Instructors must attend teacher training in Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy curriculum, participate in required staff meetings, attend Milwaukee Ballet performances (complimentary ticket provided), instill proper classical ballet etiquette in the classroom, and teach to students at an age-appropriate level of fun and enjoyment.
