General Ticketing Information
There are three ways to buy tickets to a performance:
 

Online
For Marcus Center performances: Tickets are available via ticketmaster.com. Online availability is the same seating that is available through our own Box Office. Online single ticket purchases through ticketmaster.com include their service fees, sales tax and the Marcus Center facility fee.
 
For our Pabst Theater performance: Tickets are available via The Pabst Theater’s ticketing partner, etix.com.  Online availability is the same seating that is available through our own Box Office. Online single ticket purchases through etix.com include their own service fees, sales tax and a Historic Preservation Fee.

By Phone 
You can buy tickets through our Milwaukee Ballet Box Office by phone at 414-902-2103 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. Tickets purchased by phone are subject to a $4 per ticket handling fee. Sales tax and Marcus Center facility fee are already included in the ticket price.
 
If our Box Office is very busy, you may choose an option to buy tickets by phone from the Marcus Center Box Office. Tickets bought by phone through the Marcus Center are subject to a $4 per ticket handling fee.
 
If tickets are purchased in advance, they will be mailed to you or emailed to you to print at home. Otherwise, tickets will be available at will call one hour prior to the start of the show.
 
In Person
Tickets may be purchased in person at Milwaukee Ballet’s Box Office during regular business hours. The Box Office is located at 504 W. National Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53204. Tickets purchased in person include a $4.00 per ticket handling fee.
 
Refund Policy
Tickets sales are final. There will be no refunds on single or season tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for an alternate date within the same performance. Fees may apply.

Student Tickets

College students are eligible for half-price tickets for all performances the day of the show. Limit one ticket per valid student ID. Tickets are only available in person at the box office and subject to availability.

Senior Tickets

Seniors (62+) are eligible for half-price tickets for all performances the day of the show. Limit one ticket per valid driver’s license or other proof of age ID. Tickets are only available in person at the box office and subject to availability.
 

Age Recommendations

The Nutcracker, Kaleidoscope Eyes and ALICE (in Wonderland) are best enjoyed by children ages 4+ or those that can quietly enjoy a full-length movie. Dracula and Dorian Gray are best enjoyed by children 8+. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket.

Late Seating Policy

If you arrive or return to your seat late, you may be seated in the back rows of your section, let in during a suitable break in the performance, or asked to view that portion of the performance on the Anello Atrium monitors until the intermission in order to ensure the safety of our dancers. Weather Policy

Milwaukee Ballet does not cancel or reschedule performances, or provide refunds due to inclement weather.

Exchange Fees*: $1 per ticket

Can’t make your scheduled performance?
You can exchange tickets for remaining performances of the same ballet as follows:
Call the Milwaukee Ballet box office at (414) 902-2103 during office hours at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance.

*The exchange fee is waived for subscribers only.

Unable to Use Your Tickets

Get a tax deduction.
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them back to Milwaukee Ballet prior to the performance for a tax receipt acknowledging the value of the donation as follows:

Call the Milwaukee Ballet box office at (414) 902-2103 during office hours at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance.

For ticket exchanges and donations of unused tickets, a 48-hour advance notice is needed for processing; price adjustments may apply.

Lost Tickets*

Lost tickets are replaced free of charge by contacting Milwaukee Ballet.
