Our Team

Michael Pink is the longest serving artistic director in Milwaukee Ballet history. Since joining the Company in December of 2002, he has established himself as a prominent member of the Milwaukee arts community, demonstrating his commitment to the future of dance through new work, education and collaboration.

Tai Pauls was named Managing Director & Chief Advancement Officer of Milwaukee Ballet in August 2022 after serving in an interim capacity since May 2021. Her strong vision successfully brought the Company through the challenging pandemic years and is shaping the future of the organization.

Kristin Dimmer has led Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy (MBSA) since August 2020 following a long history with the organization, performing in the Milwaukee Ballet II (MBII) second company and serving as a faculty member. She was named Director of the school in July 2023.

Joe Kallenberger became the Director of Operations and Facilities in November 2022. His responsibilities include IT, physical plant management, health and safety, and risk management across four properties. He brings with him decades of experience in these fields, previously serving various churches in the metro area. Joe holds a bachelor's degree in art and a master's degree in business administration. He has experience in the performing arts, staging festivals and performing on stage in musicals and bands. Joe lives in Milwaukee with his wife and two children.

Mary Rask has served as Director of Finance for the Milwaukee Ballet since October 2016.  Her background in finance and business has been of value to the Company while working through the financially challenging times of the pandemic and the successful recovery afterwards.
